Integrate Conversana with CloudBeds PMS
Sync your guest and stay data to deliver personalized omnichannel service.
CloudBeds will sync guest information and updates on reservations, arrivals, departures, and cancellations.
Conversana uses guest contact information, such as name, check-in/check-out date, language, gender, etc., to personalize flows and bots.
1. Log in to Cloudbeds and select the “Manage” button in the top right corner.
2. Scroll down and select “Marketplace” under Apps & Integrations.
3. Search for Conversana, select “Learn more” and then “Connect app.”
4. Select all properties from the “Select the properties you want to connect to Conversana” drop-down menu and click the orange “Approve” button.
5. You’ll be taken to your Conversana account login screen. Within the next 24 hours, we’ll process your properties and reservations.
